Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino and at the Imperial College - London. He has been working on Cognitive Computing since 1995 when he developed an optimization algorithm for STOL/VTOL vehicles.
After being employed for eleven years in MathWorks as Senior Application Engineer he co-founded Addfor s.r.l. Today he leads all the activities related to Cognitive Computing, Numerical Simulation and 3D Rendering.
Master degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. He has been working in automotive industry since 1990, specifically on performance development of road vehicles (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Iveco, Ferrari, Danisi) and as lead manager in Formula 1 and GT racing with Ferrari for over 20 years. In 2017 he is a partner of Add-For with the goal to define new opportunities to link the application of innovative technologies to automotive and other industry fields.
Degree in Commerce and Economy from the University of Turin. After having obtained the qualification as a chartered accountant she worked in different positions such as CFO for several Italian and international companies.
From 2011 she has worked for Addfor, where she holds the position of CFO and CEO.
Python enthusiast since 2005, he worked as cryptography researcher and is currently working for AddFor S.R.L. as senior analyst and developer. His main areas are computational algebra, algorithms, optimisation and software engineering.
I have a master degree in automation engineering. I focused my studies in developing and calibration of vehicle dynamics control laws. I started developing and calibrating the traction control, abs and stability control on a vehicle having 1.6 HP/kg ratio, but it was only 40 [cm] long. Now I am playing with larger vehicles but I am still having fun. I develop and calibrate vehicle dynamics virtual sensors and the Performance Traction Control.

Matteo, PhD in Computer Science, has a range of experience in academic research and private sector. Practical and theoretical knowledge in programming, Machine Learning and Data Science. Passionate about Social Network Analysis, theoretical computer science as well as real life applications.
Since 2014 she has worked for Addfor as HR Recruiter and Public Relations Officer. Her main tasks are to manage the entire hiring process, employees management, improve the Business Development and manage the Marketing and Graphic campaigns.
Stefano Ballesio started working in Addfor in 2015. He received both his B.S. and M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering at the Politecnico of Turin with a major in Flight Mechanics and aerospace systems. Currently he is involved in the development of virtual sensors for automotive applications.
Ph.D. in computer vision, Pedro has graduated in Telecommunication Engineering from both Universidade de São Paulo and Politecnico di Torino in a double degree program. He is passionate about the learning aspects of AI, sharing knowledge, and developing efficient architectures for Deep Learning.
I'm Kent, in Addfor sometimes refereed to as Vikingo. I studied Computer Science, Japanese and Chinese at Linköping University, Sweden. Combining my interest in these subjects I got into NLP (Natural Language Processing) and machine learning doing my master thesis. Lately I've also been working on deep learning and computer vision projects.

After the PhD in Water and Territory Management Engineering at the Politecnico of Turin in cooperation with the Université Joseph Fourier of Grenoble (Grenoble, France) and the Institut National de l’Environnement et des Risques INERIS of Nancy (Paris, France), she worked as a researcher in geotechnical engineering and rock mechanics.
Currently her tasks concern technical support activity in the development of softwares to the processing of data by geomechanical laboratory tests.

Who are we looking for?
You must have a SOLID BASE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE: whatever is your level of theoretical preparation, if you cannot translate what you know in CODE, you cannot be integrated into our group.
We require a strong experience in some programming language. Usually we work with PYTHON and C / C ++ but we know that if you are good in other languages you can learn quickly. So even JAVA, Objective-C or GO are fine. You must be ANALYTICALLY SMART, you have to FEEL the numbers, understand and create complex graphics, you must have the predisposition to search for the meaning hidden in the data. You must be the type of person who spends his weekends and nights to create something practical.
You must be an eternal curious, spending your time in redesign your software, your home, your life.
You must be a person who does not accept the status quo, the person who ask questions, solve problems. You are not afraid of failure because you know that in every failure you can find an opportunity to grow. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do, you have a sense of initiative.
